Due to the personalized nature of custom printed products, returns are not accepted. However, if there is a printing issue or a quality defect with your order, we will offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us of the issue within 24 Hrs of receiving the product.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.

1.2 Sending the Package

If a replacement is approved, you will need to return the product to us:

  • At Your Own Risk: You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us in good condition.
  • Courier Payment: You will bear the shipping costs for returning the item.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

The following cases are not eligible for replacements or refunds:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order details provided by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
  • Customizations that align with the order specifications but do not meet subjective preferences.
